An Agent Skill: a folder with a SKILL.md whose YAML frontmatter names and describes the skill and whose Markdown body holds the instructions.
Parsing follows Pydantic AI Harness Skills: name defaults to the folder name and must match it; names are NFKC-normalized, at most 64 lowercase letters or digits separated by single hyphens; description is required. Other frontmatter fields are kept in frontmatter but not interpreted.
